Missing Person - Hayley Cowan
Police are still appealing for information on the whereabouts of Hayley Cowan, who has been missing from home since July. 16-year-old Hayley was last seen on Sunday 20 July 2008, on Carshalton Road, Blackpool but is originally from Westhoughton, Bolton.
She is 5ft 6ins tall with shoulder length brown hair, blue eyes and of a slim build.
It was originally believed she could be in Portsmouth, however there have been no sightings of her and it is thought she may be in Manchester or Bolton where she has links.
