Teenager charged with bicycle thefts in Salford
A boy has been charged after bicycles were stolen in Salford.

The 14-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was due to appear before Salford Magistrates' Court on Thursday 12 August 2010, charged with two counts of robbery.

Between Thursday 29 July 2010 and Tuesday 3 August 2010 police in Salford received reports of bicycles stolen from young people.

The victims were threatened or assaulted before their bikes were taken.
