CCTV released of conspiracy to armed robbery Two Salford men were jailed for their part in a four-man conspiracy to carry out an armed robbery.Gavin Noakes (28/09/1979), of National Drive, Ordsall and William Moore (17/07/1982), of Phoebe Street, Ordsall were arrested after they were surveilled in a police operation codenamed Operation Bingo.
