   FA Cup comes to Salford City

The Ammies might not make it all the way to Wembley in May, but don't worry - the FA Cup is coming to see us instead! The famous old trophy will be making an appearance prior to Salford's home league game with Curzon Ashton on Tuesday 7th September. It'll be heading back to Wembley at 8pm, but for a couple of hours beforehand supporters will be able to have their photographs taken with the Cup. Many thanks to Matt Phillips at the Football Association for making this possible, and it promises to be an exciting evening for Salford City FC. Salford City entertain Northwich Victoria in the FA Cup, sponsored by E.ON, First Qualifying Round on Saturday 11th September (kick off 3pm).
