The new, exciting, grassroots racing, Fueltopia Barrel Sprint is pleased to announce six dates at Santa Pod Raceway in 2012.

The racing that see's two drivers compete head-to-head over a 100m course has created a positive reaction to car owners and fans alike. It's a discipline that allows racers of FWD, RWD and AWD to compete on an even playing field. As each driver must circle navigate three barrels and maintain a good speed, car control is everything and big horsepower doesn't always mean victory.

FBS dates at Santa Pod Raceway:

18th Feb - Stunt Fest

11th March - RWYB

21st April - RWYB

20th May - RWYB

19th Aug - Monster Truck

27th Oct - Flame & Thunder

The racing is open to all those with a full driving licence and a street-legal car and for those that fancy taking part then it's open to all and new drivers can register on the day for £25

Fueltopia is a motoring social network website that is open to all petrolheads from around the globe. Established in 2009 it was established to allow car fans to keep a personalised blog about their car and share information with others. The Fueltopia Barrel Sprint was first launched in August 2011.

Santa Pod Raceway in the UK is the home of European Drag Racing and host to the televised FIA European Drag Racing Championships. It's the fastest and loudest motorsport on earth with sensational race action from dragsters and doorslammers to beetles and bikes
