Video: Radio Impulse - I Still Care
We were put on to this pair of talented teenagers by Worsley dance school coach Karen Acton. Walkden High School pupils Jonny Turner, 16, and Zack Earith, 15, met six years ago whilst playing for the Worsley Juniors FC and have been playing together as Radio Impulse since May. "We've wanted to be musicians all our lives," said Jonny. They list their influences as Ed Sheeran, All Time Low and You Me At Six. Here they are at The Willows in Weaste performing their original song I Still Care. The duo are now rehearsing for their next big performance: at the Salford Dance Explosion at the Lowry theatre on Salford Quays, on 19th and 20th January.
