Tickets are free but must be booked in advance.

Over the next five weeks a series of Question Time-style events comes to Salford Arts Theatre with a panel answering questions from the audience, like the TV version.

The Salford Star is taking part in the first event, along with councillors from the main political parties, and the subject is housing and the environment.

Taking part in the discussion will be the following.

Councillors Robin Garrido (Conservative), Pat Ryan (Labour), Norman Owen (Lib Dem), plus Stephen Kingston (Salford Star) and Liz Richardson (Manchester Met University).

Pamela Welsh, Salford West reporter from the Salford Advertiser, will also be on the panel.
