   New jobs fair in Salford
Connexions Salford have announced a new job and opportunities fair at Salford Opportunities Centre on Tuesday 17th January 2012, 11am to 3pm. Several local mainstream learning providers have been invited to this event & we also hope to encourage some local employers to attend. The event will primarily be open to 16-19 year olds who are not in employment, education or training. On the day young people will be able to explore a wide range of education, employment and training options. This will include Fast Forward courses at Salford City College, Apprenticeship vacancies in a variety of occupational areas & also Foundation Learning programmes. Salford Opportunities Centre is at 2 Paddington Close, Paddington Close Salford, M6 5PL. Connexions staff will also be on hand to offer advice and guidance and to support young people to access suitable opportunities.
