Gorski racing to fitness for Swinton Lions

Andy Gorski is racing against the clock to be fit for Swinton’s opening game of the season in the Northern Rail Cup at York on Sunday (3pm).
The experienced back row forward had treatment for an Achilles problem during the close season which has taken longer to heal than expected.

Gorksi, 30, joined Swinton from Leigh towards the back end of last season and had no hesitation in signing up for the new campaign in the Championship.
