This is why we wanted to gain external accreditation for the excellent work our customers have done and continue to do in scrutinising services and making recommendations for improvements” Alison Hamnett, Director of Business Services "Salix Homes Board is committed to the closest possible working relationship with the Customer Senate, to ensure tenants are not just consulted, but are influencing the services they get, how those services are delivered and are assessing how well we perform. The accreditation has enabled us to measure our progress in developing this relationship and help us ensure that Salix Homes and its Senate remain leaders in governance and co-regulation."
