Salix Homes approach to resident led scrutiny continues to be recognised as a leader in the field of co-regulation being awarded the highest level of scrutiny accreditation by Tenant Advisor. Salix Homes has been awarded Gold level which recognises the hard work of customers, staff and board members, who have developed our approach to co-regulation and continue to put it into practice continually improving services for all customers. Our successful approach to co-regulation is centred on placing the needs and aspirations of our customers at the heart of the business and provides real opportunities for customers to influence the services they receive.
