Get a New Look this summer with NHS Salford
NHS Salford has teamed up with high street fashion retailer, New Look, at Salford Shopping City to offer all school girls aged 12- 13 in the city the opportunity to win one of ten £100 shopping sprees.

This offer is part of a city wide campaign by NHS Salford to encourage girls to have the HPV vaccine which can protect them from cervical cancer in later years. Vaccines are being carried out across the city throughout the spring and parents are encouraged to allow their daughters to have the jab.

Norma Wolstencroft from the school nursing team said: “The HPV vaccine is essential in combating cervical cancer in later years. The vaccine is very safe and the NHS have already administered over one million vaccines in the UK without any reaction.”

“The New Look offer is a great incentive for the girls to take part and ten lucky winners will be fully kitted out with a wardrobe for the summer”.

This campaign is one of a number of campaigns currently being run by NHS Salford around public health and encouraging the community to lead happier, healthier lives.
