What a marvellous site

This is a great way to bring back the old community spirit that was lost when Old salford as we knew it was pulled down and families and friends were scattered far and wide and lost touch somehow. Looking forward to some good re-unions! My mum attends the St Barts re-unions, and I attend the wishing well re-union etc!!!!!!!! ps thanks Mr h for recommending this site to me.

Well done Salfordonline, I don’t know who you are, but you are doing a great job. Always something new and interesting to see and always worth a look at the archived stuff too. Are you part of the Council?

Does anyone have any photos of Chaucer Court, or even a general photo of the flats in Salford So difficult to picture how it was back in the 60's now that the area has been changed

Does anyone out there remember the Salford Bus Depot I worked there from 1962 until I left in 1985 I have many happy memories of the people and the place anyone remember me Steve Phipps.
