One man committed 2 burglaries in the Little Hulton area yesterday afternoon (18th February) The man first knocked on a house and said he was from the council and needed to check the water, he was allowed in but was disturbed by the victim's friend. He then made his way across the road to another address where he said he was from the council and needed to check the wheelie bins. He met the occupant at the side of the house when he asked to use the toilet. He then pushed the occupant into the bathoroom and locked her in. Unfortunately he has then ransacked the house before being disturbed by the warden. The male is described as white, late 20's, wearing a brown jacket, dark trousers, medium build, f507 tall.
