Up and Coming Adult Education Community Education Workshops at Oasis Academy MediaCityUK Festive Cookery: - Saturday 12th November 10.00am-4pm and Saturday 19th November 10.00am-4pm Week one: Christmas cakes biscuits and bakes for the yuletide season and Week two: Christmas table items, preserves buffet savouries and cream cakes Introduction to Filming: - Saturday 12th and Sunday 19th November 2011 - 9:30am - 4:30pm each day Master the basic Skill including focusing, framing, shot sizes, types of shot and much more....... NOTE - Courses are for people aged 19 plus only.
