Miss Universe Crowned in Las Vegas
Miss Jimena Navarrate was crowned Miss Universe on Aug. 23 at the 2010 pageant held at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

Prior to the big event, several celebrities walked the red carpet at the resort on the Las Vegas Strip. During the week leading up to the pageant, the contestants participated in charitable events and photo opps across Las Vegas.
