Open Forum meeting in Weaste and Claremont area
Would you be interested in joining an Open Forum for people with disabilities and/or varying health requirements in Claremont/Weaste?

Are you excluded from activities or projects in the Claremont & Weaste area and do you have
problems with access to buildings, shops and facilities that disables you from taking part in daily life?

Do you feel isolated because of this and would you like to become more involved and have a voice that ensures you are included and made welcome?

For more information contact:

Josie Browne, Chair of Salford Disability Forum on 0161 737 1092

Kay Fairhurst, Community Development Worker on 925 1118 or

Lynne Kershaw, Community Health Development Worker on 212 4756 or 4213
