is it a pub for salford people hi all on the question of salford the latest trend is to try to promote i luv salford for and by salford people but the question to ask is is this entirely true recently i went for a drink in the black lion which promotes itself to be a pub for salford people,somehow i dont think so i felt entirly out of place with all the trendy wanabees with their laptops ect . being from salford i must say our accent is unmistakable having said this i was confronted by posh talking trendies who have moved into the area from afar on the hope of making a fast buck from the surrounding new build flats these people are not interested in salford just money money money money they are trying to oust out the working class people of salford and make it more upmarket for themseves not us l feel that our communities will be destroyed by this and pubs and buisness that are in the are should employ salford people if that is what their "angle" to get customers in is Dont be taken in by the bumff its all a big con on salford people they really Due to problems with spam only SalfordOnline members can now leave comments.
