Public meetings - Claremont & Weaste
Details of two meetings coming up for Claremont and Weaste follow below. These are open meetings and the public is welcome to attend.
Claremont / Weaste Community Committee: Meets next Tuesday, 9th February, at 6.30pm, in All Hallows Business, Enterprise & Sports College, Weaste Lane. You can hear: *How Salford City Council and its partners are taking forward their work in neighbourhoods, such as Claremont / Weaste under the “Building Better Neighbourhoods” banner. *About the proposed programme of highway and pavement repairs in the area, in 2010 / 2011. *The latest recommendations for payments from Community Committee’s budgets. *An update on crime and disorder from the Neighbourhood Police Team. *An update from the local Health Improvement Team on their work in the area. *About the work of local schools’ Parental Engagement Officer and much more. Salford Royal Hospital Public Forum Meets next Wednesday, 10th February, at 6.00pm, in Seminar Room 4, in the Mayo Building at the hospital. Officers from the Trust will give an update on the major rebuilding work going on at the hospital and listen to your questions or comments.
