The Monton House Hotel, (formerly The Wendover Hotel) on Monton Road, Eccles will tonight see a meeting between the developers, Ergos and the Say No To Green Lane Tip, movement.
The campaign group will be turning up in numbers along with Salford MP, Hazel Blears to ensure that that their concerns are heard.
If you have any opinions on this matter either for or against, then turn up tonight between 6.30pm and 8pm and get your voice heard.

I think the Wendover is now called the Monton House Hotel, it's still on Monton Road. By all accounts still a nice place and happily its still very pretty |

We were planning a UK holiday later this year and were thinking of staying at the Wendover Hotel in Salford, as we used to know it when we left the UK 40 years ago. From the info on the Internet it looks like it may be in the process of being pulled down. Does anyone know?
