We can generate power safely by doing nuclear fusion from water, like the deep sea does.
Fossil fuels release CO2. Plants love it, though nuclear power has told us all it is harmful.
The deep sea does nuclear fusion from water. Since man has boiled water, he has done nuclear fusion. Steam power does so much of it.
So we can arrange a steam engine to self drive, once started. So no CO2, but power with just a whiff of He3, like the deep sea makes.
This decays in 0.04 seconds, and is lost to space in time.
