There is only 0.00037% in the air – data New Scientist. There may be global variations, and I suspect over the Pacific it is at the 0.0002% level of before the industrial revolution. There are just too few of us for nature to have noticed us. The hottest year on record is 1948 when there was little burning of fossil fuels. So little CO2, and the hottest! Thanks to NASA fro this work.
Recently 2005 was meant to be hot. In my memory 1976 was twice as hot! So the world has been cooling for 3 years: It is a natural cycle, based on solar cycles: Not CO2, which has no statistical link to world climate through history.
So nuclear power has given up on Global Warming. It now talks about climate change through global warming. Trouble is, the world is not warming. The weather is the weather.
Still the government taxes fossil fuels as if they were evil. Plants take in CO2 to support life on Earth, and at these levels, more CO2 is more life!
The oil companies earn money, but not as much as the government. 95% of the cost of oil in the UK, is tax.
They borrowed money to fund school building, when classes are declining. And now they have produced the credit crunch.
In the same way, the major cost of fossil fuels is tax! Gordon Brown says ‘Global Warming’; but I repeat here, the world is cooling, and the climate affects plant growth cycles, so cO2 goes up in an ice age.
CO2 does not affect the weather. That is nuclear lie, which Gordon Brown, the least popular PM in history, wants to use to justify building more nuclear plants.
Why does he not tax nuclear power like he does oil? Oh, I remember, the government owns nuclear power.
Nuclear power which kills – remember Chernobyl? I say again, the world is cooling.
Gordon Brown, go stick you head in a fridge!
