A message from Cathy Sames
Volunteer Coordinator
Awareness and Promotion Team, Child Protection Advice and Awareness Dear all
I am now in the final 3 months of my project to raise awareness of the NSPCC Helpline. We have visited a lot of places and delivered over 50 presentations and talks to professionals and the general public.
However I would really like to make a difference in these last few months and get out to as many places as possible to speak to the general public. It doesn’t matter in what format we speak to people, it could be a presentation, 5 minute talk, a workshop or attending an event as long as we are telling people about the NSPCC Helpline.
Would it be possible for you to circulate this information to any groups that you think may be interested or do you have any events or meetings that we can come to?
I appreciate the opportunities that we have already been given, we are not looking to engage with professionals at this stage, just opportunities for meeting the general public.
