Chris Aitken - About Salford Flea Market
I hope nobody minds about me posting about a film project I'm trying to get made. I wrote a sitcom that was inspired by my visits to the flea market. There's a little FB page here. (See link below)I'd like to add its an utter tragedy that they are wanting to close the market. There are to many cretinous people in power who see financial gain as being more valuable than the community spirit that is generated by the flea market. I'll admit the place is an eyesore, but it will have more soul than a chained supermarket can ever wish for. I hope the protest goes well.
